Then while inhaling raise your head and pull your legs upwards. While arching, try to hold both the feet together.

First of all, stand straight with both feet apart. Then bend the side of your right leg and place the hand on the ground. Straighten the other arm by raising it.
After staying in this state for some time, come back to the earlier position. It is more difficult to keep the hand on the ground, so you can keep the hand on the top of the foot.
